For Parents & Athletes

Picture for a moment that you are at a showcase tournament. Coaches and scouts from elite programs are in attendance, watching literally hundreds of talented players compete.

What do you think will help a kid stand out to them over all the other good players?

Of course different coaches will have different priorities, but we know that across all team sports there are some very common ones:

  • You must show elite sport skills
  • You must show yourself to be a team player
  • You must be healthy
  • You must be fast enough to succeed at the next level, not the current one

Now picture the way most families approach athletic development today.

You sign up with a team to play your sport year-round, or close to it. Sometimes, even playing on 2 or 3 teams at the same time.

If any physical development training is done, it is typically only to get stronger and/or to stay in shape. And usually even that is pushed aside when a sport ramps up because you become “too busy”.

Now go back to the four biggest things elite programs recruit for.

Is your kid doing the right preparatory work to stand out when their moment comes?

For many, the first one is not an issue. And most kids are true team players, so the second isn’t usually a development need either.

Unfortunately, though, far too many kids don’t do much, if anything, to improve on the last two.

Why?

Why are two of the most critical things a kid can do to improve their athletic future, not to mention their health, given such little time and attention?

Perhaps it’s because it doesn’t seem like there’s anything you can do to change them, but that simply isn’t true.

And we have the solution for you.

Of course not every injury can be prevented, yet there are many obvious risk factors that can be cleaned up through proper training.

Yes, some kids are naturally speedier than others. Still, everyone can get noticeably faster in the right environment.

It is to help you stand out in these two areas that we created 0.2 Speed & Athletic Development Clinics.

This is a program that fully prioritizes speed development and long-term health, but also respects the challenges of your other commitments.

We know how busy sports families are, and the pressure you’re under to not miss a game or even a practice that your teams run.

But we also know just how critical this stuff is to your kid’s success, and their long-term health.

That’s why we created an intensive 1 day per week program, packed with proven methods to both develop speed and lower injury risk. Twelve hours of focused training over 6 weeks to make a noticeable, hopefully life-changing, difference in your game.

For those who are motivated to do more on their own, you’ll also receive a take home program to train an additional 1 or 2 days per week.

Give us the chance to make a significant impact on your kid’s future athletic performance.
