After 25 years of training & developing athletes, you start to notice a pattern in what parents want for their kids.
They often wish their young athletes to play a little bit faster.
They want them to eat healthier.
And they don’t want to see their kids get pushed around by more physical opponents, which is both a confidence killer and an injury risk.
Parents know what is best for their kids, and when they repeatedly ask for these 3 things it tells you something.
Namely, it tells you that these are the 3 biggest drivers of success in sports.
If you’re slower than the competition, you won’t make many plays.
When your nutrition is off, you play with less energy, get sick more often, and struggle to play your best over a long season.
And if you fear competing against bigger, stronger athletes, you’ll be far less likely to play at your highest level.
So we got to thinking…
“What if we ran a program where kids could work on all three in a single day?”
Presenting Our NEW Total Athletic Development Workshops
Designed for middle school (ages 12+), high school, and college-age athletes, we combine all of the following into a single session:
Speed & Agility Clinic (2 hours)
We’ll be packing in the most critical training methods from our 6-week speed program into 2 fast paced hours.
Combining critical teaching drills with competitive, game-like activities, these 2 hours will fly by.
Here, we’ll hit on:
We’ll also add in combine-style, laser-timed sprints along with some resisted/assisted training using the world-class speed tool, the 1080 Sprint.
Sports Nutrition Workshop (1 hour with lunch provided)
Do you cringe when you see what your kid eats?
Do you wish there was a simple way to get them to understand how to fuel their performance with better nutrition?
Let us help you with that.
Our “That Was Easier Than I Thought! – 20 Sports Nutrition Tips To Maximize Your Health & Performance” presentation cuts right to the heart of all the key topics they need to consistently play their best.
Here, we focus on:
To bring these points to life, we’ll serve lunch to our athletes using many of the strategies we outline our talk.
Custom Take Home Workout Design (2 hours)
Although it’s been wonderful to see the trend of athletes embracing off-season workouts these days, too often the programming they follow leads to less-than-optimal results.
Whether you need to get faster, stronger, bigger, more flexible, more fit, or something else, we have decades of experience writing workouts to get you the results you need in the shortest time possible.
We do this by taking everyone through a series of simple tests to pinpoint each individual’s greatest training needs.
From there, we blend this information with a discussion about their goals and what equipment they have access to (at home, school, or a gym) in order to properly design programs that fit each kid’s unique needs.
Finally, we take everyone through their exercises so they know how to properly execute them on their own. There’s even an option to have a personal video created to access when you’re back working out on your own.
Speed & agility training that’s informative and engaging.
Sports nutrition tips that will last a lifetime, with food thrown in too.
And a personal workout program to fit your unique needs.
That’s a full day!
Our next session will take place on Sunday, October 15th at ForeKicks in Marlboro from 10 AM – 3 PM.
Full Day (Speed, Nutrition & Custom Program) – $297**
Speed & Nutrition Only – $159
** The first 4 people to enroll in our Full Day Workshop will receive a custom video showing proper execution of all your drills, so you’ll always know how to train the right way. ($100 value)
If your young athlete is eager to see real improvement, and is willing to put in a bit of work to make it happen, I hope you’ll consider enrolling them in our upcoming Total Athletic Development Workshop.
Sometimes the right information, in the hands of a determined individual, can make a dramatic difference over the course of time.
